What We Believe

Our faith is centered on Jesus Christ, grounded in Scripture, and expressed through the power of the Holy Spirit.

The Bible

We believe the Bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God and the final standard for faith, truth, and daily living.

Scripture: 2 Timothy 3:16–17 • 2 Peter 1:20–21 • Psalm 119:105

The One True God

We believe in one true and living God, eternally existing in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, co-equal and co-eternal.

Scripture: Deuteronomy 6:4 • Matthew 28:19 • 2 Corinthians 13:14

Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, born of the Virgin Mary, fully God and fully man. He lived a sinless life, died for our sins,
rose from the dead, ascended to heaven, and now intercedes for us as Lord and Savior.

Scripture: John 1:1,14 • Romans 5:8 • 1 Corinthians 15:3–4 • Hebrews 7:25

Salvation

We believe salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. Through repentance and faith, we are forgiven, born again,
and made new in Christ.

Scripture: Ephesians 2:8–9 • John 3:3 • 2 Corinthians 5:17 • Romans 10:9–10

The Holy Spirit

We believe in the Holy Spirit, who convicts, regenerates, empowers believers, and gives spiritual gifts for ministry.
He produces fruit in the believer and enables holy and effective Christian living.

Scripture: John 16:8 • Acts 1:8 • 1 Corinthians 12:4–11 • Galatians 5:22–23

The Church

We believe the Church is the body of Christ, called to worship God, grow in the Word, build one another in love,
and serve through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Scripture: Acts 2:42 • Ephesians 1:22–23 • Hebrews 10:24–25 • 1 Corinthians 12:27

The Mission of the Church

We believe the Church is called to preach the full Gospel, make disciples, develop believers into maturity,
and demonstrate the Kingdom of God in word and action.

Scripture: Matthew 28:19–20 • Mark 16:15 • Acts 1:8 • Colossians 1:28

Baptism and the Lord’s Supper

We believe in water baptism by immersion as a public declaration of faith, and in the Lord’s Supper as a remembrance
of Christ’s sacrifice and proclamation of His death until He comes.

Scripture: Matthew 28:19 • Romans 6:4 • Luke 22:19–20 • 1 Corinthians 11:23–26

The Second Coming of Christ

We believe Jesus Christ will return personally and visibly. The dead will be raised, and believers will dwell with Him forever.

Scripture: Acts 1:11 • 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17 • Matthew 24:30 • Revelation 22:12

Eternal Life

We believe in the resurrection and eternal life for those who belong to Christ, and that God will make all things new.

Scripture: John 3:16 • John 11:25–26 • Revelation 21:3–4 • Daniel 12:2

The Christian Life

We believe believers are called to live holy, Spirit-filled lives marked by love, obedience, and devotion to Christ,
growing into His likeness through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Scripture: Romans 12:1–2 • Galatians 2:20 • 1 Peter 1:15–16 • Colossians 3:12–17
